About
Tregonhawke Farm Apartment
Tregonhawke is a 120 acre farm on the Rame peninsula in South East Cornwall. The farm has been in the Blake family for three generations, with the fourth currently in training. It is home to cattle, sheep, horses, goats, chickens, and a host of wildlife, both resident and visiting.
Whilst it is a working farm, our varied family interests have enabled us to diversify into other areas that complement the farming business.
This is a great base for those who enjoy beach life, walking, bird watching, sea and coarse fishing, or simply the peace and quiet.
½ mile from Millbrook and ½ mile from the beach, on a working farm in a building attached to Tregonhawke Farmhouse (R72), a spacious, comfortable first-floor apartment looking over the farmhouse garden to farmland (horses, hens, sheep, goats, cattle). You have your own private decked area for sitting out. Coarse fishing for experienced anglers (own equipment required, lake rules apply) free of charge in owners' lake. Beach car parking in owners' field above Whitsand Bay, by arrangement.
Steep stairs up to open-plan living/dining/kitchen (microwave, freezer, fridge, electric cooker) with pine floor (rug) and TV/DVD, and four-poster double bedroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and en suite loo. 'Day care' for dogs available. No children, except pre-crawling babies. A good place for honeymooners, walkers, fishermen and birdwatchers.
