Beach Way is a ground floor apartment (owner’s living accommodation above) fronting onto the square, in the lovely unspoilt fishing village of Cawsand on the Rame Peninsula.

Perfect for out of season / winter breaks: Beach Way has an open fire (logs are on the house) along with full central heating, ideal to cosy up with a glass of wine and relax.

The accommodation, which sleeps 4/5, comprises:-

– entrance vestibule, leading to lounge/dining area, with beamed ceiling and stripped wooden floor. Flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. There are ample games, books, DVD’s and super-fast Wi-Fi.
– a well equipped kitchen, incorporating a separate eating area which benefits from the evening sun. Oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen there is access to a pretty courtyard garden which is a real sun-trap in the afternoon, and across from this there is a utility room (shared with the owners) with a tumble dryer.
– the bathroom has a P shaped bath with a mains power shower over, wash basin and toilet.
– two double bedrooms (one with a further single bed). Cot and highchair also available on request.

Linen and towels are included, but please bring your own swimming/beach towels.
