Nancy's Place

A modern newly built spacious house seven minutes walk to the beach, ideally situated for all the local wedding venues. There is a large decking, which is not overlooked, to the rear that has beautiful rural views of fields full of cows and some times deer.

To the front is free street parking and from the bedroom there is a sea view

The house has two double bedrooms and can sleep four people comfortably.

Kingsand is a beautiful old fishing village with several pubs that leads on to Cawsand, There are several beaches along this coast line with pubs and restaurants overlooking the sea.

Guests will have the whole apartment and the rear garden to themselves which is not overlooked except by the odd cow or heard of deer.

I am sorry i cant take any animals as i have a cat who will want to say hello.
