In Kingsand, an 18th cent cottage on three levels, just around the corner from a pub, slipway to the beach and car park. It sleeps 7 in four bedrooms two doubles with en suite shower-rooms, a single and a twin. Its attractive living room is filled with light from the front window and has a wood burning stove; at the back of the cottage, the kitchen has a dining table and chairs and door to the garden. There is an enclosed pretty garden on two levels with a paved terrace and garden furniture. Just right for sunny al fresco dining. A comfy cottage, full of character and right in the heart of the village with its pubs, cafés, shops and beach. Mount Edgcumbe (800 acres for walking), and seasonal pedestrian ferry to Plymouth (city amenities, theatre, cinema) from the beach.
