Gemma Buss
My passion to help you get the wedding of your dreams came from working for Brides & Grooms for the last 9 years through waitressing, bar work and coordination. I worked my way up from a waitress for a local wedding caterer to running my own waitressing agency of which I am ‘Front of House’. I have now put the knowledge gained from this into further use as a Wedding Planner & Organiser. I have worked at many beautiful wedding venues including Polhawn Fort, Scourer House and Pentillie Castle alongside wedding caterers such as, the fantastic Hog Roast caterer Shaun McCahearty (Piglet Cottage) and the Michelin Star Chef Richard McGeown (Couchs Great-House). Having seen events from behind the scenes, I have been able to intimately understand the workings behind the wedding day and therefore I am able to ensure that your wedding runs as smoothly as possible.
James Buss
I have worked at Polhawn Fort for the last 12 years and have been part of over 1000 weddings! I have assisted with coordinating the day to being available to discuss wedding queries and worries. Putting my knowledge and experience of weddings into Planning Elegance means that we are able to cover every aspect of coordinating and/or planning your day and make your day stress free.
Gemma & James haved worked together in the wedding industry for the last 9 years and have become an amazing team planning and running weddings. They even took the plunge themselves and married in October 2014!
