Completed in 2010 and re-vamped at the beginning of 2014, this beautiful modern New England, Shabby Chic Apartment looks out across Plymouth Sound. The intention has been to provide superior quality accommodation for two to four persons. It is a few minutes easy walking to the local shops and beaches.

With its own private entrance, this is a spacious apartment is perfect for a couple or small family, with an open plan living and kitchen area and a separate double bedroom with ensuite shower room. An extra adult or two small children could be accommodated on the double sofa bed.

The living area has two two seater sofas (one being the double sofa bed), a flat screen TV with integral DVD player and Sky channels, and a four seater dining table. This is open plan to the generous newly fitted kitchen, which is also fully equipped. From the kitchen there are patio doors leading out onto a private covered seating area which has views over Cawsand Bay and the surrounding countryside. A door in the kitchen leads to the large ensuite double bedroom, which has two double wardrobes, a set of Chester drawers and two bedside tables all matching, along with the very comfy double bed.
