Within 100 metres of the beach, this quirky cottage is set in a quiet, car free area of the village of Kingsand. Village amenities including small essentials shop, Cafe, Pubs with good food menu and long stay car park are only a stones throw away.

On the ground floor there is a characterful lounge/ diner with a small kitchen connected. The first floor has two single bedrooms and a bathroom with roll top bath and over bath shower. The main large double bedroom, with its glimpse of the sea and beautiful vaulted ceilings, is on the top floor. Natural wood floors run throughout the property. Due to steep winding stairs the property is not suitable for elderly or disabled guests.

The villages of Kingsand and Cawsand have 3 family friendly beaches set within a stunning sheltered wooded bay. The more rugged Whitsand Bay where surfing is possible when the sea permits is only a short distance away.
