Katy’s Cottage is a delightful two bedroom holiday cottage in Kingsand to sleep four. Furnished to a high standard, it oozes character and charm, as does the village of Kingsand. The accommodation is spread over three floors and has a small patio area for relaxing and taking in the views of the village and sea.

The cottage is in the heart of the village and just a short walk from the local beach. Enjoy swimming, boat trips and water-sports or walk along the South West Coast Path. Explore the narrow streets filled with gift shops, art galleries, cafés and old inns. The neighbouring village of Cawsand is a few minutes’ walk away and has a passenger ferry across to the centre of Plymouth. Enjoy a day out visiting the excellent shopping centre, the historic Barbican and Hoe.
