Treath House is located just five minutes’ walk from the beach, within the beautiful seaside village of Downderry in south east Cornwall with its year-round dog friendly beach, this charming semi-detached house is set over three floors in a quiet residential area. There is off street parking for two cars in front of the house with an additional grassed secure storage/dog area. You enter on the middle of the three floors passing through the hallway which contains a generous WC with a coat and shoe storage area and stairs to the top floor, into the open plan living room with sitting and dining areas along with a well-equipped kitchen. The property contains three individually furnished bedrooms all with TVs, a double and a twin on the ground floor with the family bathroom and utility cupboard housing the washing machine, and access out to the rear garden which has numerous seating areas and deck overlooking a stream. The master double on the second floor benefits from an en-suite shower room and a balcony looking towards the sea. The beach which is accessed via a level walking path is wonderful for families with rock pools at low tide. Also at low tide a wonderful walk beckons along a mile long stretch of sand to Seaton with another beach and choice of pubs and restaurants to enjoy before the delightful walk back along the coastal path. For beach lovers Whitsand Bay, recommended in the Good Beach Guide offers three miles of golden sands and is considered one of Cornwall's hidden gems located just four miles from Downderry offering a great day out. With exhilarating walks along the coast to be enjoyed throughout the year and dogs always welcome this lovely house offers a great base for a relaxing holiday or short break.
