- Sitting room with comfortable seating facing the fireplace and stunning sea views
- Two modest sized bedrooms, a double and one with 2ft 6in bunk beds both with wash basins
- Fitted kitchen/dining room with pine dining table with chairs and a spectacular view far out to sea
- Further double bedded room with a wash basin
- Bathroom W.C. with hand basin and electric shower over the bath
GARDEN
- Rear courtyard with a rotary line and laundry room with a 2nd sink
- Front lawn extends to the edge of the low cliffs with delightful views overlooking the sea and beach below
LOCAL AREA
- Beach with sand and rock pools at low tide is just a minutes walk down the hill
- Village amenities are very close at hand with a pub, local shops, post office and restaurant
- Seaton is a 20 minute walk along the coast
PLEASE NOTE:
- Bed linen is available at £6 per person per week
- Towels are available at £4 per person per week to be paid on arrival
- There are boundary fences between the cottages (although young children will need to be supervised) and a 3ft high sturdy wire fence on the seaward side
