There are three bedrooms here, the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, a double and a twin bedroom.

The bathroom with a bath for a leisurely soak also has a shower, suitable for all the family.

The sitting room is most bright and airy and leads out to the conservatory, a delightful spot to enjoys meals at any time of day prepared in the well equipped kitchen.

When it comes to dining out, one of the most renowned restaurants in the area, The Blue Plate is literally a 5 minute walk away with a continental style cafe and delicatessen and house bakery adding to the attraction.

Stroll along the beach to Seaton and a choice of pubs and restaurants awaits where you can watch the sun go down whilst enjoying a meal or drink before the delightful walk back to Phoenix Rise, a perfectly situated and most comfortable holiday home.
