- Coastal footpath leads to Looe westwards and east to Whitsand Bay

- Looe, 8 miles, offers pleasure boat and fishing trips

- Plymouth is half an hour by car

- The Eden Project is a 40 minute drive

- Bed and breakfast accommodation is available in the adjacent farmhouse
