Proudly perched high on the crest of Looe hill above Seaton beach is the truly unique Bavarian lodge/Swiss chalet fairy tale inspired property of Treglisson.
The spectacular panoramic far reaching south coast sea views as you walk in take your breath away, to the east you can see exceptional Cornish coastline stretching all the way to the romantic walks of the Rame Peninsula chapel, to the west framed by the majestic Monterey pines is the mystical island of saint George sitting peacefully in the bay of the historic fishing town of Looe.
Purpose built for open plan holiday living the downstairs opens up through french doors to the large front terrace giving oodles of indoor/outdoor communal sitting, dining and entertaining space.
Situated along a very quiet hilltop lane, It's very peaceful and sunny position is perfect for unwinding and recharging.
This is the place to be on those long summer days, its magical up here in the trees watching the boats bobbing about on the open sea.

Seaton Beach goes mad in the summer with ice creams, flip-flops, suntan lotion, fish and chips, happy children and tourists from around the world, it is a big sandy beach and dogs are permitted.
You find yourself waking up in one of the 2 master bedrooms to the sound of the sea softly lapping and the reflection of the sun on the ceiling, step through the double doors out onto the sky balcony and take in the warm coastal sea breeze while looking forward to a day on the beach.
After enjoying buttered toasted Cornish saffron cake drizzled with our own honey in the magical mature private garden you find yourself wondering down the path in front to the beach for a refreshing ice-cream and a swim.
You look up from your watch to see children exploring the rock pools, plenty of time for a quick nap in the sun before lunch at the beach café.
You spot the Waves Restaurant & Bar which is just a short walk along the seafront and the perfect place to dine after exploring the area.
After lunch you pop back to Treglisson to drop of the wet towel and change into your shoes, time to explore Seaton valley walk which winds its way alongside the river, up the lush wooded valley deep into the nature reserve. Can you see an Otter or Deer?
In the evening you enjoy watching the dancing flames of the open fire and lounging on one of the 3 Chesterfield sofas while the underfloor heating seeps through the crema marfil marble floor warming your feet.
Above the Jotul no 6 designer fireplace there is a 60 inch Wall Mounted LED 4k Super HD 3D Flat Screen TV with built in ceiling stereo home cinema sound system. There are 5 pairs of active 3D glasses, a Blue Ray/DVD player with a selection 2D and 3D Films, also 2 game consoles with a selection of games, so there is fantastic entertainment options for all.
After a long day, relax with a glass of bubbly on the front terrace and let your batteries recharge while listening to the sea and watching the twinkling stars, the distant flash of the Eddystone lighthouse and passing ships gliding over the waves.
Then up the princess spiral staircase to bed, there is also a normal staircase in the main side of the house which is useful for elderly guests.
The views will capture your heart and leave you aching to return to this beautifully-presented well equipped coastal home year after year.
