Suitable for a group of up to 8 friends, large families or a quiet getaway for 2, you will find all you need in this cosy beachside cottage.  Situated in a virtually traffic free zone, old and young alike are safe to roam, play or relax directly outside the cottage.  Recently re decorated in a New England coastal style with soft whites and subtle greys, relaxing sofas and warm throws this freshly styled cottage features individual fun touches and unique wall art.

Between them Cawsand and Kingsand have 3 family friendly unspoilt clean sandy beaches all within a sheltered bay, if you are looking for action with older children you can take the short drive to the longest stretch of sandy beach in England, Whitsand Bay where you will find plenty of fantastic surf and hidden coves for having bbq's.  Little pirates will be easily entertained exploring the rock pools, playing with the sand and paddling in the clear water.

The comfortable lounge and dining room have a relaxed style with wooden floors, views out over Cawsand bay and you can hear the gentle sound of the waves from the open windows in the summer!

Board games are provided along with a TV and DVD player, BT Infinity WIFI and Bluetooth Stereo. There is a large fully equipped kitchen for whipping up hearty breakfasts and gourmet suppers and you will find the essentials in the cupboards. From the kitchen you can access the fun spiral stair to the private sun deck where you can relax and soak up the sun and take in more views from the terraced garden.
